What is Go Snake?
Go Snake is a casual puzzle game set in a lush jungle world. Each level presents a grid filled with fruit — your job is to guide the snake along a path that collects every piece without crossing its own tail. The rules are easy to grasp in seconds, but mastering every level takes real thought.
With dozens of hand-crafted levels across multiple worlds, daily challenges, and a friendly lives system, Go Snake is designed for quick pick-up-and-play sessions as well as longer puzzle-solving runs. No internet connection is required to enjoy the full game.

Overview
Go Snake is a mobile puzzle game developed and published for Android devices. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of our game and any related services.
By downloading or playing Go Snake you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the game.
✅ Short version
We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information directly. No accounts are required to play. Game progress is saved locally on your device only. Any in-app purchases are processed entirely by the Google Play Store — we never see or handle your payment details. Advertising is served by Google AdMob, which may collect data as described in Section 4.
🔮 Future accounts
We plan to introduce optional account support in a future update, using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple only. We will never create proprietary accounts or ask you to set a password directly with us. This policy will be updated before any such feature launches.
Data We Collect
Go Snake is designed with minimal data collection. Here is exactly what is and is not collected:
Data stored locally on your device (never sent to us):- Game progress — levels completed, current level
- In-game currency balance (diamonds)
- Settings preferences — music and sound effects on/off
- Lives remaining and refill timers
This data is stored exclusively using your device's local storage (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Data collected by third-party SDKs (see Section 4):- Device identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, OS version, and language settings
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, watch events)
- In-app event data for ad performance measurement

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or any other directly identifying personal data.
How We Use Data
The locally stored game data is used solely to:
- Save and restore your game progress between sessions
- Remember your sound and music preferences
- Track your in-game currency and lives
Data collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is used by those services for the purposes described in their own privacy policies, primarily to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services. Their collection and use of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
Go Snake is suitable for players of all ages. The game contains no adult content, violence, or age-restricted material. Anyone who enjoys puzzle games is welcome to play.
Because we do not collect personal information directly, there is no risk of us storing a child's data. Game progress is saved only on the player's own device.
Our advertising partner Google AdMob provides controls to designate content as child-directed, limiting data collection and ensuring only family-safe ads are served where required by applicable law (such as COPPA in the United States).
Data Retention
Game progress data stored locally on your device is retained until you uninstall the game or manually clear the app's data through your device settings. We have no access to this data and cannot delete it on your behalf.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data held about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
- Portability — request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing of your data for certain purposes
Because we do not collect personal data directly, most of these requests would need to be directed to Google AdMob. You can manage Google's use of your data at myaccount.google.com ↗ .
For any data-related requests or concerns, you may also contact us directly using the details in Section 10.
Security
We take the security of data seriously. Since game progress is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
We do not transmit your game data over the internet or store it on external servers, which significantly reduces the risk of data breaches affecting your gameplay information.
Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use best practices, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data collected by third-party services.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, third-party services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this section.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Go Snake after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
