What is SUZA DMs?
SUZA DMs is an Instagram comment-to-DM automation app for Mac. It matches comments on your chosen posts to keyword triggers, sends your configured public replies and private messages, and supports guided follow checks and email capture.
Which Mac and Instagram account do I need?
The current release requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later and an Instagram Business or Creator account. Windows and Linux are not supported. Initial license activation and Instagram operations require an internet connection.
Does automation run when my Mac is asleep?
No. Keep your Mac awake, connected to the internet, and SUZA DMs running. Closing the app window keeps it in the menu bar; quitting the app or putting your Mac to sleep stops processing. Instagram permissions and rate limits can affect delivery.
Is $69 a one-time payment?
Yes. The current price is US$69 as a one-time purchase, with no monthly SUZA DMs subscription. Buy now and receive lifetime free updates, including Facebook and Threads support when those integrations are released. The price will increase as those platforms are added. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Are Facebook and Threads available now?
Not yet. Instagram is available now. Facebook and Threads are coming soon; no release date is announced. Customers who buy now receive these future integrations through lifetime free updates at no extra charge.
Can I switch between Instagram accounts?
Yes. One account can be connected at a time. Disconnecting keeps its saved workflows and settings on this Mac. Reconnect that account to restore its workspace. Only the connected account runs automations; simultaneous accounts and parallel app instances are not currently supported.
How do follow checks and email capture work?
You can add a guided DM step asking someone to follow your account, then check their follow status after they interact. You can also ask them to voluntarily share an email address before sending your final message. Collected emails and conversation progress are saved on your Mac; SUZA DMs does not send marketing emails.
How do I activate the app and get updates?
After purchasing through Lemon Squeezy, download the Mac app and paste the license key from your receipt into its activation screen. Use Settings to verify or deactivate your license. Check for updates in the app, then download the latest version from your Lemon Squeezy purchase library.
Where are my workflows and credentials stored?
Workflows and local activity are stored on your Mac, and the app saves credentials in macOS Keychain. Instagram login and guided messaging also use SUZA’s backend, while license verification uses Lemon Squeezy. The app is not fully offline. See our privacy policy for details.
